Our exchange policy currently only covers faulty items. To obtain your exchange, you need to inform us within 14 days of delivery. Any change of mind post-sale will not be subjected to any refunds or exchange at all. In the event, Rugscollection agreed to a return, the buyer has to pay the full costs of delivery and return shipping, and the product must be returned in its original packaging via a courier company together with a tracking number. Please allow up to 2 weeks, this allows time for shipping and the inspection of the rug. At the moment we don’t have any return policy for items other than rugs.
MANUFACTURE FAULT RETURNS
All Products / rugs received with a manufacturing fault will be exchanged. To inform us of a manufacture fault return, simply email us with a description and a clear photo of the fault. If Rugscollection agrees the fault is valid, we will give you the option of an exchange of the same rug. Please note that manufacture faults must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your Products / rugs.
Customers will be provided store credit with a validity of 12 months for the items returned or received faulty
