Please note that some remote locations will incur an additional delivery charge which we will contact you after your order has been placed. You will then have the option to pay the additional small handling fee or accept a full refund.

We can ship to almost any address in Australia and offer delivery for rugs and other products on our website with one of our trusted courier partners, for any product in the shop that you have concerns in relation to shipping cost and time, please contact us to calculate the shipping cost and evaluate the exact time.

We normally process all orders and dispatch within 2-3 working days. Please note that we can sometimes experience some delays due to a higher volume of orders. Please note if an order is cancelled whilst in transit with the courier company, we will need the product returned to us before we process any refund.

If a product sometimes becomes unavailable due to out of stock, we can place the item on backorder if the customer wishes to do so. If this is the case, we provide the customer with an estimated time of arrival which may also be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens and the customer no longer wants to wait for the product, we are more than happy to provide a full refund.

During our busier periods like public holidays and peak season, we can sometimes experience small delays in dispatching due to a high volume of backorders. Please note deliveries will vary from 2-14 working days depending on the location.
