RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our exchange policy currently only covers faulty items. To obtain your exchange, you need to inform us within 14 days of delivery. Any change of mind post-sale will not be subjected to any refunds or exchange at all. In the event, Rugscollection agreed to a return, the buyer has to pay the full costs of delivery and return shipping, and the product must be returned in its original packaging via a courier company together with a tracking number. Please allow up to 2 weeks, this allows time for shipping and the inspection of the rug. At the moment we don’t have any return policy for items other than rugs..
MANUFACTURE FAULT RETURNS
All Products / rugs received with a manufacturing fault will be exchanged. To inform us of a manufacture fault return, simply email us with a description and a clear photo of the fault. If Rugscollection agrees the fault is valid, we will give you the option of an exchange of the same rug. Please note that manufacture faults must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your Products / rugs.

We normally process all orders and dispatch within 2-3 working days. Please note that we can sometimes experience some delays due to a higher volume of orders. Please note if an order is cancelled whilst in transit with the courier company, we will need the product returned to us before we process any refund..
If a product sometimes becomes unavailable due to out of stock, we can place the item on backorder if the customer wishes to do so. If this is the case, we provide the customer with an estimated time of arrival which may also be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens and the customer no longer wants to wait for the product, we are more than happy to provide a full refund.
